At Wavybone PH, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that our products meet quality standards. We offer a “7-day return policy” if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
ELIGIBILITY OF RETURNS
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
- You must provide valid proof (clear photos or videos) showing the issue.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Change of mind or wrong size selection.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Requests made after the 7-day period.
RETURN PROCESS

- Provide Proof – Attach photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
- Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Return & Verification – Once we receive and verify the item, we will process the replacement.
